Я получил уведомление из школы о дополнительных уроках запланированных со школьниками (и классом моей дочери, в частности). Она учится в третьем классе и с ними рассмотрят первую часть (year 1-6) тем.
Название программы: "Get Wise Financial Literacy"
Вот какие тему будут преподавать детишкам 5-10 лет:
Year 1-6 topics covered include:
• Learning where money comes from, why we have it and its value
• An introduction to the golden rules of saving, and why saving is so important
• Understanding how we earn money
• Developing skills to cope with everyday financial situations that are relevant right now, like counting money at the tuck shop or choices around earning, saving and spending pocket money
• Identifying the difference between ‘wants’ and ‘needs’
Вот последнюю тему полезно было бы преподать многим российским 16-17 летним для "прочистки мозга".
А вот темы для 11-12 летних:
Year 7 -8 topics covered include:
• The difference between casual, part-time and full-time work
• Getting a job: how to get experience and qualifications
• Paying tax: what is it and how to do it
• Employee rights and responsibilities
• Spending money: credit cards, debit cards, and debt
• Saving money: how to set realistic savings goals
Такие темы и многим взрослым полезно было бы преподать :)
